• 60 x residential units, HOBSONVILLE POINT & MILLWATER developments ($36m proj. NZCS $12m), 2015 - 2016 (using cast-in-stitu concrete construction methodologies)

• 40 x terrace houses, Crown Lynn for Avanda Group, 2017 - 2018

• KUMEU FILM STUDIOS ($22m proj, NSCS $12m), Head Site Manager & Main Contractor, 2017 - 2019. Two further film studios due to start construction late 2021.

• Auckland Scrap Yard, HUNUA HOLDINGS LIMITED ($5m), 2019 - 2020 (main Contractor (Civil) & construction of a 14000m2 concrete pad)

• 36 x concrete terrace houses, Millwater for Mike Greer Homes, Sun View St & Water Mill Lane ($15m), 2016
